1) SALES & REFUND

All sales are final.  

All items here are 100% authentic well known brand designer. We are willing to REFUND your money if buyer can PROVE that our item is not authentic. 

2) PLACE YOUR ORDER :

Some of the items are not available in Malaysia. Email us the item description as per below:

i) Item (handbag, wallet, watch ect); (ii) Brand Name (Guess, Coach, Gucci, LV, Bonia, etc.); (iii) Style/ Model No; (iv) Style name of item; (v) Picture if possible

We will update the latest price and detail information to buyer as soon as we can. After both of us agree on the price, we are pleasure to place your order.

3) DEPOSIT & FULL PAYMENT

DEPOSIT is required to confirm your order. Deposit fee to all the items is within RM200-RM400 depend on how much of the item is.  Deposit is not refundable unless we failed to fulfill your order within 4-6 weeks from the date of payment.   

Buyer has to pay the full payment before we deliver the order. However, if buyer choose to pay by installment method, the order will be delivered upon completion of the installment.

3) ESTIMATED DATE

Estimated date of delivery normally takes within 10 days - 20 days to reach Malaysia after buyer confirm the order (depend on the custom clearance). It also depend on availability of an item. We will update buyer once the order has arrive.
